PS Marlowe Inc. is a printer & publisher of fine art prints and consultant for artists and arts businesses. We specialize in bringing the conceptual to the physical. Founded in New York City in 2009 by Master Printer, Author, and Educator, Phil Sanders, PS Marlowe has been helping artists develop art projects and careers, galleries and non-profits evolve, and communities keep the arts thriving.

PS Marlowe relocated to Asheville in 2015, opening its multi-process collaborative print studio and exhibition space, in September of 2022. We are set up for all types of lithography, intaglio, relief, and screenprint projects, regularly combining these media in an individual work. The philosophy of the studio has always been, appropriate process for the appropriate outcome.

Phil Sanders has been working as a collaborative master printer and arts consultant for more than 20 years and produced works included in the collections of The Museum of Modern Art, NY, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Library or Congress, Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Fine Arts Houston, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Yale University Art Gallery, RISD Museum, amongst many more. Our fine art print publishing program is by invitation and all our editions are available online or by appointment in the studio in Asheville, and soon, in our showing room in New York City.

We regularly undertake contract print projects for individual artists, galleries, non-profits, and print publishers in addition to our business consulting services for artists and arts organizations. Have a print project idea in mind, need some career coaching, printmaking technical assistance, printer’s trained, writing or art world advice, let us know.
